Michelle Wier, MBA, CMPE, Founder
Michelle is a dynamic leader in healthcare finance and operations, advising both independent and network-owned medical practice groups. As Past President of the Idaho MGMA chapter, she understands the necessity for continuous improvements and best practices in operational performance. Michelle excels at helping clients implement solutions imperative to survive and thrive in the future of healthcare.

Pat is a trusted liaison expert across nearly every aspect of the patient experience. She advises healthcare leaders on data-driven operational and workflow solutions, helping to ensure the sustainability of health systems, clinic networks, and individual practice groups.
Pat carries experience devising and implementing innovative administrative practices, as well as specialty-based expertise including OB/GYN, high risk perinatal diagnostics, neuroscience, radiology, pathology, complementary medicine, and transplant surgery.

Andrew Craigie, MHA – Transformationist


Andrew Craigie, MHA – Transformationist
Andrew Craigie is a Bellingham Washington native and retired CEO of Garfield County Public Hospital District No. 1, Pomeroy Washington. Mr. Craigie is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Business Administration, emphasis Hospitality, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from St. Josephs College of Maine. He has served in both public and private enterprise.
He began his career with Marriott Corporation where he quickly advanced into a regional sales management capacity, eventually leaving Marriott and joining Sunrise Senior Living Services as an Executive Director. In 2000 Andrew joined Garfield County Hospital where he led the organization in developing best practices in culture change and rapid process improvement. Mr. Craigie has extensive experience in system standards development, financial management, staff development and process improvement methods.

Tiffany Ferrill is a Practice Transformation Consultant and Operations Leader at V2V Management Solutions, where she partners with healthcare organizations to strengthen operations, improve performance, and build sustainable systems that support both patient care and financial health. Known as a “Transformationist,” Tiffany works alongside physicians and leadership teams to move practices from reactive to high-performing.
Her background is rooted in the Integrated Health Delivery System model, supporting multi-specialty medical groups and complex practice environments. Tiffany specializes in medical practice transformation, workflow redesign, staffing optimization, provider productivity, revenue integrity, coding and billing performance, and compliance alignment. She helps organizations identify operational gaps, remove inefficiencies, and implement scalable processes that drive measurable improvement.
Tiffany is particularly recognized for her ability to connect data to action. She designs KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting structures that create clarity and accountability while remaining practical for clinical leaders. Her work goes beyond analysis; she facilitates structured action planning, performance management systems, and leadership alignment to ensure change is not only designed but sustained.
In addition to her consulting work, Tiffany supports internal operations at V2V, bringing firsthand operational insight into every client engagement. Above all, she understands that physicians want to focus on medicine, not administrative complexity. She builds systems and communication rhythms that work for providers, enabling organizations to perform at a higher level while delivering exceptional care.

Stacy joined V2V Management Solutions in 2024, bringing a strong foundation in office management and proven administrative expertise to our organization. As a key member of the Provider Enrollment team, she plays an essential role in supporting the full spectrum of payer enrollment functions that help healthcare practices get providers credentialed efficiently and accurately.
Stacy provides reliable day-to-day administrative support that keeps our enrollment processes running smoothly and on schedule. She assists with preparing and completing payer applications, gathers and organizes required documentation, and collaborates closely with credentialing specialists to ensure timely submission and follow-up. Beyond enrollment tasks, Stacy contributes to various administrative projects across the team, helps process payroll with careful attention to detail, and steps in wherever needed to maintain operational flow.

Cary Seale is a seasoned Administrative Services Manager with more than 25 years of experience supporting executive teams and strengthening organizational operations. A native Idahoan, she began her career in communications and marketing before moving into member services for the Idaho Bankers Association, where she built strong statewide relationships and coordinated impactful educational events.
For the past two decades, Cary has worked in the healthcare industry, including 15 years leading administrative services for a large independent medical practice. Known for her proactive approach, exceptional organization, and commitment to employee engagement, she excels in project management, event planning, logistical coordination, provider recruitment, and relationship building.
Cary thrives in roles that blend strategy, creativity, and collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, golf, and time with her husband, family and friends, especially in the warm sunshine.

Kary Lockart - Payer Enrollment Specialist / Revenue Cycle Consultant
Kary Lockart joined V2V Management Solutions as a Payer Enrollment Specialist, bringing more than 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider enrollment, revenue cycle management, and compliance. She has supported physician-owned practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and hospital systems, consistently ensuring accurate credentialing, efficient workflows, and timely reimbursement.
Most recently serving as an Office Manager, Kary oversaw daily operations, including billing, payroll, scheduling, compliance, and staff supervision, while managing complex payer enrollment processes and resolving credentialing issues to support practice revenue. This hands-on leadership gives her a strong, practical foundation for delivering high-quality enrollment support at V2V.
Kary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Lewis-Clark State College and is known for her organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach. At V2V, she applies these strengths to help complete payer applications accurately and efficiently, allowing providers to focus on patient care.
Outside of work, Kary enjoys coaching softball, volunteering as a 4-H Leader, and supporting her three daughters in their sports. She values time with her husband, family, and friends, reflecting the same teamwork, leadership, and dedication she brings to her role every day.

Heidi Johnson began her healthcare recruitment career after devoting over a decade to healthcare management for a large multispecialty medical group. This experience offered distinctive insight into the priorities, needs, and day-to-day concerns of medical providers, healthcare leaders, and patients.
Her well-honed skills easily transitioned when she joined a national healthcare recruitment firm. Heidi’s healthcare industry functional knowledge and recruitment domain expertise quickly spurred her rise as the firm’s top-producing Search Consultant, and she was promoted to the role of Director of Recruitment. Heidi’s ability to successfully manage a large and diverse portfolio reflects her relationship-building skills and strong work ethic.

Sheila Bixler has been working in healthcare for 24 years, with 16 years specifically devoted to healthcare recruitment. Sheila began her career in Behavioral Health working in both inpatient and outpatient environments. In this arena, she developed her ability to connect and understand diverse populations, evaluate circumstances, and conduct needs assessments. She credits her success in healthcare recruitment to acquiring these skills.
Sheila started her healthcare search career as a Sourcing and Marketing Specialist and quickly rose to a top-producing Search Consultant, Director of Recruitment, and Vice President of Client Services. Debra Wiggs, FACMPE, Founder
Deb has been transforming medical care delivery since her career began. She has established rural health clinics, grown multi-specialty physician practices, and facilitated countless strategy sessions that have helped clients achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Deb’s great love is to pass this knowledge along via public speaking with humor, practical reality, and a commitment to provide resources that transform how care is delivered. As a past board chair of MGMA, she understands the complexity of the healthcare system and knows how to work in it without making it more complicated. Her strengths lie in strategic planning, governance, and leadership coaching. Deb recently retired and is keeping busy in her retirement as the current President of the PNW Passport Rotary Club District 5050. Using her V2V skills in organizational dynamics, strategic planning, and leadership development to support various mission organizations who are serving in countries providing famine relief, medical care,
women’s health, housing, and clean water resources and putting the Bible to music for prayer and worship.
